Before anything gets dug, we call 811 to have underground utilities marked and pull any grading or excavation permits your city or county requires. We coordinate with your builder or engineer so the site plan, elevations, and schedule all line up.
Our crew clears brush, trees, and stumps, strips and stockpiles the topsoil, then digs to the depth on your plans. We shape the grade so water drains away from the house and compact the soil so your foundation sits on solid ground.
We haul off debris, spread topsoil back where it’s needed, and set the final grade. Then we walk the site with you or your builder to check elevations against the plan, so the lot is ready for the foundation crew.
